Our staff has on going training in Child Development. They complete the Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) through the Council for Professional Development, which is nationally recognized and then further develop in advanced courses in Child Development, Assessments and Reading Readiness.

Our staff are certified in First Aid, CPR, Communicable Disease, Vision Screening and Child Abuse and Neglect. Each teacher is consistent with praise and encouragement. They work with children on practice and repetition.
